ioctl 's Problem

Hello Every One:
       We are porting PPPD to OSKIT 990722.
       The problem 's the ioctl in posix/sys/ioctl.c can not route the ioctl request to  both a char dev and a socket ? {We use  freebsd/dev and freebsd/net.}
       Because the oskit stream and oskit socket does not have a function pointer to store the ioctl function pointer. so for me , there are no simple way to support the IOCTL for PPP and SOCKET.
       Does anyone have good ideas about it?
