sproc error:segmentation fault

when the kernel examples/x86/sproc/kernel,it is made
with : mkmb2 kernel swapfile ...,but if it is booted
from the Image ,it will show following error inf:

kernel asseration "vm" failed: file
"../../uvm/uvm/x86/uvm_pfault.c" line 113.

when I use gdb to debug the kernel,in host it will
show :"segmentation fault",
then it will exit.
this error inf will occur in some pc,but some pc is
ok.
do you have ever the same exprience?can you help me ?
