How to install OS-Kit in RedHat7.1

I just installed RedHat Linux 7.1 and tried to install
oskit into my linux box but a lot of warning message
appeared on the screen and error messages in
/oskit/unix/rtclock.c how to install oskit into my
linux box?

I'm already install into RedHat 6.2 and 7.o version
but I couldn't.

My system environment is folloswing
H/W    : Intel Pentiun III 733MHz
Memory : 256 MB
ver    : RedHat Linux 7.1
gcc    : version 2.98-81
glibc  : 2.2.2-10

Please give me a solution.
