Sorry for the late response. We had a problem on the anon CVS server, and
it took some time to find the time to fix it. This should now work:

	cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@fluxcvs.cs.utah.edu:/cvs login
	cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@fluxcvs.cs.utah.edu:/cvs checkout oskit

Just hit return for the password. Please be aware that the latest oskit
snapshot (Valentines Day) has not been committed to the repository. That
will happen in the next day or so.
