I was wondering how "raw" are the "OSKIT_SOCK_RAW" sockets described in
section 8.2.1 of the OSkit Documentation? Does the ethernet header need to
be filled in? Or is is basically the data payload of an ethernet frame.

My other question is does the OSkit have any ethernet multicasting
support?
