the example of RTLD library

Hi,

Can you give me any examples of how to use liboskit_exec.a.
I want to run a command interpreter as an oskit kernel,which
is ELF format.

And I am not succeed in the example of RTLD library. I went into
examples/dyntest and complied the Image file as kernel. But 
when I boot it ,it said at last such error: 
Sendsig: signal 11 caught but no handler.
