I've appended below a few more OSKit patches (relative to the 990722
snapshot):

- A patch to Makeconf.in to make it respect the configured settings
  for includedir, bindir, and libdir

- A patch to crt/x86/GNUmakerules so that crti.h gets installed to
  include/crt/x86/crti.h.  This is useful to users who want to roll
  their own crt0.o (for instance, like we do for L4).

- Added a few more prototypes to some headers to fix a few
  -Wmissing-prototypes warnings.
