bootable floppy image for oskit netboot
So, for those still having problems creating a bootable floppy image
with netboot on it, you can try out this web address:

You can use this page to custom order a bootable floppy image, which
will be delivered to your door within (hopefully) seconds. You can
select which ethernet drivers you need, your default console, and a
timeout value to wait before booting netboot on the default console.
Nothing fancy mind you, but it seems to work nicely. Please let us
know if you have any problems.
