I would love to help in the effort to port = Linux to it. I haven't done much programming for years but am willing = to pick it backup again. I would also love to help in testing aince I = have so much of the old hardware and not many have Irix media. I do = have 5.2 on a few disks (no media) and I do have 3.3.1 on tape. If I = can be of any assistance at all, feel free to let me know. My = programming experience was mainly with Cobol but I have heard C is = pretty easy to pick up if you know Cobol so I am ready and willing and = have the equipment gathering dust.
