Subject: [*] CDFinder 3.1 for Mac OS 8.5 - 9.1

CDFinder is a very fast and powerful tool to catalog your hard
disks, CD-ROMs, DVDs, floppies, ZIPs and anything else that spins.
It has a great user interface and very useful search functions.
CDFinder supports drag&drop and requires a PowerPC CPU.
While System 8.5 is required, CDFinder is also fully compatible to
MacOS 9.1 and Mac OS X.
A special feature is the multi-lingual user interface
(German/French/English/Italian/Swedish/Chinese).

Together with CDWinder 1.1 for Windows, <http://www.cdwinder.de/>
this is a special cross platform, network solution to catalog disks
and CD-ROMs on a Macintosh and a PC.

The new version can be obtained from the CDFinder Homepage
<http://www.cdfinder.de/>.

A single user license of CDFinder is $20, multi user licenses are available.

New in CDFinder 3.1:

- CDFinder now runs smoothly in MacOS X as a Carbon application.

- CDFinder finally displays catalog contents hierarchically, just
like the Finder does.

- Several visual interface elements had to be updated for the Aqua
look of Mac OS X.

- New Get Info windows for catalog folder display a lot of
interesting statistical information.

This version requires a PowerPc and at least Mac OS 8.5.

Subject: [*] CSM Pack 1.2

**** What is CSM Pack? ****

CSM Pack v1.2 is a $10 set of 6 modules for Apple's Macintosh Control
Strip.
These modules make day to day tasks easier. The modules include:

* Peek-a-Boo Strip which controls how much CPU time the
  front application gets.
* IP View displays the IP address currently assigned to
  your machine.
* Open Tray helps you easily open the CD tray on
PowerBooks and hard to reach desktop Macs.
* Window Genie makes the desktop easily accessible by
hiding or showing the application windows.
* Open File Count displays the current count of open
files on your machine. This can be helpful to gauge
just how loaded down your computer is. It's also useful
  for QA type work.
* Activate Strip is used to quickly activate your After
  Darkü compatible screen saver.

**** What is new in CSM Pack 1.2 ****

CSM Pack 1.2 introduces a Peek-a-Boo control strip which supports the
Peek-a-Boo application by enabling the easy manipulation of how much CPU
time the front-most application gets. Peek-a-Boo can be found at:

<http://www.clarkwoodsoftware.com/peekaboo/>

CSM Pack 1.2 has an added feature for the Activate module. In addition to
activating the screen saver from the control strip you can now turn the
screen saver on and off. This is especially useful for extended
operations such as burning CDs when you do not want the screen saver to
activate.

A bug was fixed which prevented the registration key from working under
OS 9.1.

**** Download and contact information ****

A full demo version, screen shots, and ordering information is available
at the CSM Pack web site:
